The pet kennels at the Grand Canyon are open every day from 7:30am to 5pm. Located on the South Rim near Maswik Lodge, they accept dogs and cats for day or overnight boarding. Reservations are recommended, especially during the summer months and holidays. And don’t forget to bring your pet’s vaccination records!

The Kennedy Space Center offers a free, climate-controlled kennel for their visitors. Ask a crew member at the entrance for assistance to access the kennel.
Water, bowls, and waste bags are available, and you’re welcome to bring food, treats, and toys for your pet. Reservations are not accepted, and no overnight accommodations are available. When checking in with your pet, please provide the following:
- valid government-issued ID for pet ownership verification
- proof of current vaccinations
- veterinarian contact information
- emergency contact information for someone NOT in the space center complex
- a leash (non-retractable and 6 feet or less) or pet carrier
- a collar with identification tags
SeaWorld

There are 31 pet kennels at SeaWorld Orlando, ranging in size from small to extra large. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are located at the front entrance of SeaWorld Orlando, on the right hand side of the entry plaza.
The climate-controlled kennels are staffed from the time the park opens until 1/2 hour after the park closes. Please have a copy of your pet’s vaccination record available when checking in. You are responsible for walking your dog during the day, and can bring a blanket or bed, food and treats for your pet. The $15 per day ($10 for pass members) fee must be paid with credit. Cash is not accepted.

Best Friends Pet Hotel at Walt Disney World is a luxury, full-service pet resort with a wide range of activities, amenities and extras. Located across from Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort, the complex features 17,000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor space, 10,000 square feet of covered outdoor runs and play areas, and a 25,000 square-foot dog park. Accommodating up to 300 dogs, cats, and pocket pets, it also includes a full-service grooming salon and two 1,100-square foot doggy daycare rooms.
Choose from overnight or daily visits. Fees vary depending on the services selected. Pets must have written proof of vaccination. Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. Cats must have current FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations.
Busch Gardens

Check-in is at Holiday World Services, and the kennel is staffed and open during park hours. Owners must provide proof of vaccinations and walk their pets during the day. You can bring a blanket, food, and treats for your pet.
Kentucky

The cost is $3.50 for the first hour, and $1 per hour thereafter. You can bring your pet’s food, water, and toys into the kennel, and a water spigot is located next to the kennels.
Please note: Mammoth Cave National Park has a presence of ticks and other insects. Pet owners are advised to prepare for their visit by speaking with their vet and following any recommended measures such as tick preventatives.

New Mexico

Operating from 8am to 3:30pm, owners are required to show a copy of the pet’s rabies vaccination record with the expiration date when boarding a pet. Rabies tags don’t meet this requirement and won’t be accepted.
Water is provided, and owners are welcome to bring their pet’s food or bedding.

North Carolina
Biltmore Estate

Biltmore provides a very limited number of outdoor, unattended kennels for your use. They are self-service and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To access the kennels, see a parking host upon your arrival at the estate. You should bring your pet’s bowls, water, food and any items your pet needs to be comfortable. Also, if you’ll be leaving him long, plan to walk your pet during the day.

Small animals, or animals that might try to escape, should be placed inside a pet crate or carrier before being placed in the kennel.

DollyWood theme park provides pet kennels for guests of Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country. Located adjacent to Guest Services at Dollywood’s Front Gate, space is limited and reservations are recommended.
Dogs can check in at Doggywood 30 minutes prior to Dollywood’s published opening time. They must be picked up within 15 minutes of the park closing. No overnight accommodations are available.
Fees are $25 per day for the kennel runs and $35 per day for the cottages. Dogs can share a kennel or cottage if they live in the same house; a $5 fee will apply for each additional occupant. The total weight of dog(s) in each cottage must be 19 pounds or less.
You’ll need to walk your dog during during the day and provide your pet’s food and vaccination certificate for Rabies and Bordatella. Dogs who are ineligible or unable to receive their Rabies or Bordetella vaccines cannot be boarded at Doggywood. No exceptions.
Texas
